RETURN POLICY

At Down With Us Jewellery we want you to love your jewellery just as much as we loved making it for you. If there is any reason you would like to return your order, we would be more than happy to accept returns up to 14 days from ordering. All returns must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase and returned using recorded delivery This cost will need to be covered by yourselves.

Please note - Earrings are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty due to hygiene reasons.
